The manufacturing process for anti-static bubble wrap is the same as that for standard bubble wrap, with the exception that anti-static agents are added to the raw materials or anti-static materials are used. Conventional anti-static bags are typically red in color. Of course, this does not mean that all anti-static products are red; the color is simply used to distinguish them. Anti-static cushioning bags are used to package electronic components and assemblies, such as printed circuit boards and cards, providing both anti-static protection and cushioning against shocks.
