Types of Special-Shaped Bags:

1: By material structure, they can be divided into two types: pure aluminum composite bags and metallized aluminum composite bags (including paper-aluminum composite bags).

Pure aluminum composite bags: OPP/Al/PE; PET/Al/PE, etc.

Metallized aluminum composite bags: PET/VMPET/PE; VMPET/CPP, etc.

2: By function:

Anti-static shielding bags for electronic products,

UV-resistant bags for personal care products, etc.

3: By process structure: two-layer laminates, three-layer laminates, and four-layer laminates; material structures can be customized according to customer requirements.

Two-layer laminates: OPP/VM-PET; VM-PET/PE, etc. (These structures are commonly used for toy packaging); OPP/VM-CPP, etc. (Commonly used for cookie packaging);

Three-layer laminates: MAT-OPP/VM-PET/PE; OPP/VM-PET/PE, etc. (Commonly used for facial mask pouches); PET/VM-PET/PE, etc. (Commonly used for shampoo pouches)

Four-layer lamination: PET/NY/VMPET/PE, etc. Nylon film is generally added to increase the flexibility of the laminated bag.

4: By bag type, they can be classified as: three-side seal bags; stand-up pouches; stand-up spout pouches; irregular-shaped stand-up pouches; bag-in-box; specialty packaging bags, etc.
